"Recently someone came to moss spray my roof, make some repairs to a leaking guttering and fix some broken tiles on the roof.  I am very pleased to say that there has not been so much as a drip from the guttering outside the back door, which previously was something of a waterfall in the rain.  It has been annoying me for some time so am delighted to have it repaired.  The broken tiles on the roof have also been repaired very competently, I can hardly tell now which tiles were broken.  So thanks very much - I will be recommending your services to anyone I meet with roof problems."
